WHY DOESNT MY EMAIL SEND ALL THE TIME ?

WHEN IM IN OUTLOOK , I TRY TO SEND EMAILS AND EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE IT WONT
GO FOR SOME REASON. CAN ANYONE RELATE TO THIS? IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

1) DON'T SHOUT! Typing in all upper case is considered shouting.
2) There are so many reasons for that happening that it's impossible,
without a lot more information from you (like Outlook version, for
starters), to even make a guess.
