I seem to be unable to find where to set the ability to strip the proper
Usenet signature when doing a reply - anyone know where/how?

Material below the -- delimiter should be stripped. Insert new comments
with that in mind.
I don't see where that option is set

Was a time in O.E. when messages from folks replying below a sig
delimiter would cause all material (from earlier posts) to be stripped.
Cannot recall exactly what went on, but do recall that the Netscape
mail client did it correctly. I rarely used O.E., and never with a sig
file.
Now, in a brief test here using Windows mail, I don't see a delimiter,
and sigs are quoted in the reply, so behavior may have changed.
Netscape's progeny (Mozilla, SeaMonkey mail, etc.) do use a -- delimiter.
Items in TOOLS | OPTIONS that deal with signatures are under the
SIGNATURES and ADVANCED tabs.
