Why does REPLYBODY print the whole string of e-mails condensed following the
header. This is only on some e-mails and I can not find a common denominator
to cause this. It is a huge waste of paper and time. Any advice?

What is REPLYBODY? Is it a programming command? I haven't heard of it, but
I'm not a programmer.

Following the message header, is says REPLYBODY and then condenses every
response in the e-mail chain before it prints the e-mail chain in the normal
format.

Are you sure you're using Microsoft Office Outlook? Outlook doesn't show the
full Internet headers in its messages -- you have to go into the message
options to see them.

Yes, I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and am very versed in its
capabilities as well. This is a random issue and there is no setting or
common denominator as to why it is printing. My first thought was this is a
feature of 2007 and perhaps the sender is using that version which has coding
to print such.

Doesn't sound like any Outlook 2007 issue or compatibility issue I've ever
heard of. Is this happening with more than one sender's messages?

You might try opening Outlook in Safe Mode, which disables any add-ins you
might have installed and enabled, and see if that helps. Click the Windows
Start button, click Run, and in the box type "outlook.exe /safe" (without the
quotes).
