why does the office installer run sometimes accessing my web page

On some PCs the office installer will pop up when people access my web page.
Has anyone else experienced this and what can I do to fix it? The site was
created in Frontpage 2003.

Thank you for your help. I think that i may have found the problem in the
HTML code but would welcome any suggestions. it has only happended to one
client but kept happening to them and is a concern for future clients.

The problem my be cause by all the VML and v:textbox's that you're using.

You have some other issues as well, even at 1024x768 I get a horizontal
scrollbar, and the mouseover image for the Training Scedule link is missing.
