Why does the Microsoft End User agreement continue to pop up?

I recently purchased a new PC. When I open programs such as Outlook, MS Word
or MS Excel, the Microsoft end user agreement comes up -- even after I click
"I Agree". I did not install the most recent version of Microsoft Office
suite - could this be the program since I have Windows Vista now?

Saying "I did not install the most recent version of Microsoft Office
suite..." is an awful lot of words to dance around telling us what you
actually did and what you're asking for help with. How about "I
installed Office nnnn..." instead?

Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
