Why does the EULA come up everytime I use word/excell

I have a new laptop running Vista Home Basic. Everytime I open Word or Excell
the end user licence agreement comes up and I don't know how to stop this
happening. Please can you help me out.

You may have to logon as the Administrator, accept the EULA as Admin, and
then logoff and log back on in your regular user account.
