Why does switching to a scrollbar not fire a TextBox's FocusLostevent?

Helllo,

talking of a VB.net CF 1.0 app I found out today that having focus in a
text box and then switching to a separately placed vertical scroll bar
does not fire the focus lost event for the text box. Is this correct? I
rather fell it's a bug. Where to report this if it's a bug?

Markus,

You can report bugs at connect.microsoft.com, but I doubt any bugs found in
CF 1.0 will get attention.

Maybe someone could try it with CF 2.0 and 3.5 as well to see if this
also has it? At least from your wording I get that you classify it as
bug as well.
