Why does some text in Word disappear when I print?

Im using a work letter and fax template to type letters. When I click print
preview or print the template part of the letter disappears from print
preview and does not print.

This has just started happening. What do I need to do to fix it?

Click in some of the text that's disappearing, then go to Format/Font and see
if the "Hidden" property has been activated? If it has, then select all these
sections, go back into the dialog box and remove the checkmark for "Hidden".
