Why does picture manager sometimes not open?

For example I installed software for Finepix but it would not open - it stops
with the little square picture manager icon in the middle and sometimes
photos sent to me in emails get no further. Any suggestions on how to open it
please?

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.

Unfortunately, you have posted your question into a newsgroup devoted to
support of MS Access, not your product. The webpage is not clear and may
have misled you.

You have a better chance of getting a response if you post your question in
a forum devoted to support for your software. And if "FinePix" is a
non-Microsoft product, you should probably go their their website for
support options.
