Why does my advance filter only show one record?

Hi - I have set-up an advance filter but it only shows one record rather than
all records that meet the filter criteria. The unique box is not checked
 
Perhaps there's a blank row near the top of the table (it may be
hidden). If you delete the blank row, the filter may work correctly.
