Why does Mike Brannigan have such a hard-on for me?

K

kurttrail

[This is about Mike's selective censorship of my posts in this group,
and as such, is a perfectly acceptable topic of discussion.]

Mike,

The only thing your selective censorship does, is show how personally
affected you are by me & my words. Can one man's words be so dangerous
to you and the convicted predatory monopolist you work for, that you
don't care how petty & vindictive you look?

Why bother wasting time, money, & the respect of others just to
selectively censor my posts? Either get the effin' balls to ban me
altogether, if one lone voice is really that dangerous, or just let me
be.

And I see that every post that has nothing to do with Windows XP gets
removed. ROFL!

As I already explained, it has to do with what you are doing in the
group. Just because *YOU* don't think it's relevant, is only you're
petty & biased personal opinion.

Be a man, get me banned totally, or don't waste your time selectively
getting my post pulled. It only draws more attention to me & my words.
Or aren't your smart enough to figure that out?

Of course, we only have your word for that, and with your disclaimer on
all your posts, who is really gonna depend on your "AS IS" words.

When a car is sold "AS IS," usually means that there is something not
quite right with that car.

Personally I would not mind kurtratail being banned entirely. I blocked him
years ago and the only time I see anything from him is when someone chooses
to reply to his nonsense.
Maybe we should take a public vote on whether or not he should be banned,
let the majority rule!

If you are terrorized by mere words that are contary to that of MS and
it's sychophants, then that says a lot more about you than it does about
me.

Personally I would not mind kurtratail being banned entirely.

You can't ban someone from an unmoderated Usenet newsgroup. You can
filter out posts from being propogated through specific servers, but not
the entire system. The only way anyone could effectively ban kurttrail
would be to get his ISP to terminate his account, and nothing he's done
on this NG is remotely offensive enough to get that to happen.

Given that many people who read this NG do so through MS's server, if MS
chose to block kurttrail, then only those people would be blocked from
seeing his messages. Anyone who reads the group from their own ISP's
newsserver wouldn't be affected.

But it would still be damn petty on Microsoft's part.
