WHY DOES MICROSOFT NOT FIX THIS ERROR 101?

Everyone around me is having this error 101 problem, why
is there not a proper fix available for people who dont
understand this registry technobabble ?? I want something
that is 'click' on a button and its fixed. Microsoft, get
a grip and release something that works for us THE PUBLIC.
