install fix for error 101 message

After racking my brain and reading here, i could not get
Anti-spyware to run. everytime i click on it , i got an
error 101 message.
None of the fixes worked. this was a clean install on a
new windows Xp Home SP2 computer.

Here's how i fixed it and now it works fine.
For some reason it doesn't load gcasDtServ. without this
running it doesn't work. i added this to the registry
under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersi
on\Run

You should have both of these listed:
gcasServ "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe"
gcasDtServ "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
AntiSpyware\gcasDtServ.exe"

With both of these running, it works fine now.

thx RacerX... it was already listed in registry, so I just
when into program files and manually started both exe's.
maybe not be kosher, but it works!
