Why does / key act like Alt+F and highlight file menu not type /

My / key has stopped typing / and now highlights the file menu much like
alt+f I seem to have fat fingerered a key but don't know how to reverse it.
Help please.

Choose Tools>Options
On the Transition tab, remvoe the check mark from Transition Navigation
keys.
Click OK
