Why does it take 4 to 5 minutes to open a page or save a page ?

Why is it taking so long to open a page from the file list or saving a page
after I'm done with it ?
 
How long since you cleared your Temporary Internet and History files?
Also, go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
and download FP Cleaner.
Run the functions that clear the FrontPage Temporary files and the
Cache(.web) files.

Hi Steve;

That has helped the opening of pages from the folder list but it still takes
a very long time to save a page or publish the site.
