why does "Enter Parameter Value" box display when I open table?

I am not sure what I did to cause this box to appear every time I open my
table. I did recently add a field with a default value but I when I remove
the default value, save the table and reopen the table, I am still getting
this "Enter Parameter Value" box. I am not really very familiar with Access
and any help would be much appreciated!
 
I encountered this same problem.
Double-click the query that includes the table you're receiving the "Enter
Parameter Value" box. Once you're in the query, click Records on the toolbar
and then click "Remove Filter/Sorter". This may help your problem.
