why does enter network password keeps popping up

Whe I PRESS THE MAIL ICON OUTLOOK EXPRESS COMES UP, WHEN I PRESS THE
INCOMMING MAIL THE NETWORK PASS WORD BOX COMES UP I ENTER THE CORRECT USER
NAME AND PASSWORD BUT AFTER 5 SECS IT POPS UP AGAIN, AND AGAIN REPEATEDLY HOW
DO I STOP IT
