Why does a document not justify even though template is justified

When in a letterhead template that other users use, my text comes out
unjustified whereas theirs is justified. If we are using the same
template why does it do this?

No, I think we have progressed a bit since the day of the typewriter. We
have letterhead template which is justified when I type a letter (the text
word wraps) but is not justified but left aligned.
