We have a customer who is sending to Server File links to another customer
via Email and are being embedded in the email. One of these links works fine
the other does not. Any ideas?

Links look simular to this:

\\myserver\folder1\folder 1 sub1\folder name\testbook1.xls
\\myserver\folder1\folder 1 sub1\folder name\sub folder address\testbook1.xls

Most likely because of the spaces in them. As you can see in your post,
links with spaces will break in Plain Text. To make sure the link doesn't
break you can use HTML-format. Additionally you can select a word and choose
Insert-> Hyperlink to make that specific word clickable instead of showing
the full path.

I've setup the entire link with the Insert > Hyperlink and it sets up the
Hyperlink fine as the First link does actually work. Its just the second link
that doesnt work. The only difference between the 2 is the Number of
characters in the hyperlink and that its in the sub folder of the 1st link.

How many characters are we talking about here?
What's your version of Outlook?
What message format are you using?
Are you inserting the link as text or as a clickable word?
