Why do pictures in my outlook email, save as a "untitled .bmp" onl

Why do pictures in my outlook email, save as a "untitled .bmp" only? I cannot
save any animated gifs, and such from my email anymore. they now save only
as ''untitled bmp's''. even the animated gifs, which obviously removes any
animation. Why is this happening? and how can i fix it?
 
I forgot to say, I have already tried emptying temp internet fles before
saving.. i also have a thing where j's and l's and certain letters are blue,
not black when i name a file to save

awesome dude, I got the gif.. hehe.. of course yes, have to delete several i
didn't want.. but at least the gif still is animated.. Thank you..!!
