Why do my replies keep changing colour ?

Everytime I send a reply to someone, the message text automatically changes
colour each time - why.

This is starting to get annoying and i'd like all my replies to stay the same.

A colleague has the same problem but it only happens when she replies to a
certain person.

Thanks for any help.

Outlook version? What options do you have set under Tools->Options->Mail
Format->Font?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without

After furious head scratching, Widemonk asked:

Sorry Millie...

Outlook 2000 SP3 (running on XP) and using Word as editor.

With Word turned on, the Fonts and Stationary section is disabled but if I
turn OFF Word as editor, the Fonts section becomes available, however the
colours for new or reply messages are set - I cant see a setting called
'random colour' haha.

Thanks for helping me with this.
