why do i keep getting enter network password coming up ?

when i press send/receive the window 'Enter Network Password" keeps coming
up. so i enter it and press OK. the window disappears for 1 to 3 seconds then
comes back. i press OK again and the same thing happens. anyone have any
ideas to help... please :)
 
CHECK IF YOUR WINDOWS PASSWORD IS NOT EXPIRED, OR IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE. IF
THAT'S A CASE THEN YOU WILL NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD, LOGOFF AND LOGON
WITH A NEW PASSWORD AND TRY SENDING AGAIN.
