Why do I keep getting a message that says I have a not valid Offi.

Error Message: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\MSOffice\OFFICE11\Addins\outbak.dill is not a valid
Office Add-in.

What is this and how do I get rid of it so error message does not keep
coming up?

Note that this involves use of the Registry:
