Why do I have to accept the UELA every time I open Outlook?

Every time I open my Microsoft Office, I have to choose to accept the "user
end license agreement". Is there a way to just accept it for good, so I
don't have to do it every time? This is a new laptop and I am running Vista.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program
