every time i press Enter button on the key board a symbol looking like flag
appears on the screen .checked on Note pad normal but microsoft word it
happens every time
Is this the symbol you mean? ¶ That's a nonprinting "paragraph
mark".
If so, are there also dots instead of spaces between words? If you
press the Tab key, do you get a little arrow pointing to the right?
If you see all those things, click the ¶ button on the toolbar to turn
off all nonprinting characters.
If you see only the paragraph marks, go to the Tools > Options > View
dialog and uncheck "Paragraph marks" in the Formatting Marks section.
