Why do I get a popup window in Outlook 2003 for Office 2000?

When viewing emails in Outlook 2003, a popup window appears as an email is
first displayed a popup appears which is attempting to do a Microsoft Premium
2000 Update. Once the status display is finished, an error occurs saying
that it needs the disk in Drive D: in order to complete this. I have no idea
how to make this stop and it is extremely annoying since it attempts to do
this whenever looking at an email. When I switch to another email message,
it starts again.

Do you have all of Office 2003 installed or are you using OL2003 with the
rest of Office 2000?
