It appears to happen randomly, but sometimes when shutting down, the message
that a DLL process has stopped responding sometimes shows up with the DLL
mentioned in English but with the error message itself in what appears to be
Chinese. This does not always happen, but frequently enough to be
annoying/disturbing.
Just now, on a Bank of America Customer service page, the phone number at
the bottom of an emailed response from the bank showed up as, "Daytime
Phone#: éµ±) 502-".
Has anyone experienced this or know why this could happen?? I'd love to
deselect whatever feature is allowing some English text to show up in Chinese
(especially since I don't read Chinese!).
Thanks in advance!
