Dear people of Microsoft,

Why can't you have one or two persons who can answer
these questions. I see (nearly) no answer on any question
who those (pitty) people they asking. - myself
including . Ypu earn alot of money and do nothing with
it!!!!!

Some peer-support folks here are very knowledgable, and provide answers
that are precise and useful - all at their own expense and time.

Several operate WEBsites that are on a par with help given at "official"
sites. To mention a few...
