Why can't IE7 find the local .mht file when I try to open it?

DOSrelic

PAGE saved: KeyPress Event.mht
IN C:\Documents and Settings\DOSrelic\My
Documents\DOWNLOADS\_PROGRAM\_VisualStudio\C#

BUT IE7 tries to load this?:

mhtml:file://C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\DOSrelic\My%20Documents\DOWNLOADS\_PROGRAM\_VisualStudio\C#\KeyPress%20Event.mht

resulting in: "The address is not valid" IE7 page!

How am I supposed to be able to save a page for later reference?

If this is the wrong newsgroup then where is the right one? The only IE7
newsgroups I could find were

inetexplorer.de.ie7 and .fr?

For IE7 assistance, please post to :microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
newsgroup.
