Why can't I view the HTML source code of web pages anymore?

Suddenly I seem to be incapable of viewing any HTML of all of the websites I
visit, and I can't figure out why. I used to be able to just do a right
mouse button click on a web page and view the HTML source code, but now I
can't.

Why?

This is usually fixed by emptying the Temporary Internet Files.

Also, if you have a shortcut to Notepad on your desktop rename it to Npad.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this.
