why cant i send an email with an aol address

does anyone know how to fix this problem
Everytime that I try to send a message with an aol address it does not send

More specific information is needed here. Are you using Outlook to send
email with an AOL account? How do you have it configured? What happens when
you try?

Or do you mean you're having trouble sending /to/ AOL addresses?
