Why can't I send an attachments?

I can't send attachments...I have both AOL and Microsoft Outlook...neither
works.

Hi - more info will be required in order to even guess. Unless you're
accessing AOL through Outlook, AOL isn't relevant. What version of Outlook?
What error messages do you get?
