why can't i see my switchboard in the database menu (as a report?

im doing my A level ICT coursework, i created a switchboard and had to delete
it because it didnt include some options i needed.... anyhow long story short
i created a new switchboard and now i cant see it as a report (which usually
happens) i reeaaaaaaaaaallly need to get this sorted for my grade and my own
sanity!!
the version of access im using is 2003!
any help would be very greatfuly recieved!!

haha i knew that sorry stress does funni things to me!!
even so still not there as a form!!
wat do i do? lol
