Why can't I save an Advanced Find search?

I'm now using Outlook 2007 with Windows XP. I'm trying to save the Advanced
Find criteria in Journal I use to report my time monthly. The "Save As" and
other save commands are greyed out and do not function as they did in Outlook
2003 on my old Windows 2000 machine.

The ability to save *.oss files was removed in an Outlook 2003 patch and in
Outlook 2007 RTM - this was due to security issues.
