Why can't I pick up full e-mail address from Contacts Folder?

Switched laptops and exported e-mails and contacts list successfully.
However, when I type a few letters of the e-mail address in the To box and
press Ctrl K, the address does not show up any longer. Why?

You shoud add Outlook Address Book service to the Outlook profile and then
you shoud add contact folder to the OAB.
