Why can't I paste an Excel Chart into an Outlook email?

I am trying to copy and paste an Excel 2003 chart into an Outlook 2003 html
email but the Paste is not availabe. I can copy and paste the same chart
into Word 2003. The chart also shows up in the Clipboard.

In what format are you composing the message? What editor are you using?

I am using HTML email format through Outlook. No other editor besides the
standard Outlook email composer.

I suspect you'll need to use Word as your editor.

Others in our company can cut/paste Excel Charts into their Outlook Email
using HTML. There is obviously something wrong with my setup. Repairing
Outlook and Excel did nothing to fix it. Not sure I am ready to totally
uninstall Outlook yet as I am just trying to see if anyone else has run into
something similiar and found a fix. There appears to all kinds of cut/paste
issues with Outlook from reading the posts but nothing that fits my problem.

Anybody else have any thoughts? I am fairly good at troubleshooting and
this one has me stumped.
