Why can't I open the custom form or business contact?

I used to be able to open up a custom form, and now I can't. It says "The
form required to view this page cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator." But I am the administrator. Then it goes on to say "Array
index out of bounds." Any ideas what I need to do to open up the Business
Contacts already there and create new Business Contacts?

Hi

Can you go to tools > options > other > advanced option > custom forms >
clear cache
Also if you are running BCM V1 try downloading and installing SP1 for BCM

you could aslo try updating to BCM V2 the link for the same are avaliable
under "What other are downloading".Hope that helps

That did it! I just started using Outlook to organize my client database
and enter their information, and got locked out for some reason, but you're a
lifesaver!

For that, I give you excellent marks!

I want to thank you also for this help - it worked for me also. I've been
pulling my hair out all day to just add a dental appointment to my calendar.
