Outlook Business Contact Problem

I have 2003 Office Std. Edition. I cannot open new business contacts or
existing ones in Outlook. For the former the message says: form cannot
display; for the latter the message says: the custom form cannot be
displayed, use a different form, and then the Contact form displays. How can
I fix this?
