I have just activated Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (it has been on my system
since I had it but never needed to use it until now) in stead of using
Outlook Express, but i can't seem to get e-mails sent to it, each test
message i have done has gone to my outlook express. i seem to be able to send
messages ok but not receive them ???

I have looked on the help pages but to no avail. I have checked my pop3
details are all the same as on outlook express

Please can somebody help me

Set Outlook as your default mail handler - Control Panel->Internet
Options->Programs tab-> set Outlook as the default for all except new
groups.

Don't run Outlook Express and it can't download your messages. Or change
the mail account in Outlook Express so that it is not included in a
send/receive.
