I have Broadband thru Comcast. My domain host is thru yahoo. I use outlook
2002 for email. I have been trying to forward an email containing a 5MB zip
file and it will not send thru outlook. I keep getting a message that it
timed out waiting for response from server. I have been able to send it out
thru webmail without any problem. It seems that outlook can't send any
message with an attachment over 1MB. Why is this the case?

This will be a limit set on your outgoing smtp server, not by Outlook

My outgoing smtp is Yahoo Bizmail. I have contacted them and they say that
there should be no delay or hang up on their end.
