sending email from outlook

I route my yahoo email thru outlook. For 5 years it has worked fine. As of
two days ago it stopped allowing me to send email. It allows me to receive
email just fine. It also always is trying to send 1 of 1 email even when
there are no emails in the outbox to send. Any help??
