Why can't i connect to internet from a link in Outlook

When I click on a link it takes me to my hard drive files listing. This
started a couple days ago with no change in software. I can connect to the
internet in other ways, just not from an e-mail link.

And the window is called Locate Link Browser? Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE
