Hi, I'm on the root domain PC that runs win2000. I have 2 child domains that
are all on win2003 R2. The child domains DC got all power down and then
rebooted this Monday but since then I am not able to use "Connect to Domain"
option in AD Users and Computers snap-in to connect to one of the child
domain. However, I am able to connect back to the root /parent pc from this
child domain. I am also able to ping between these 2 pc and I am able to
remotely connect and login to this child domain. The error message I get
when I right click ion ADUC to "Connect to Domain" is "Logon Failed".
I have validated the trusts between the root/parent domain and this child
domain and they're fine both ways. Can someone tell me how to correct this
problem? Thank you.
