i cannot print the content while the preview showing {shape\*mergeformat}
 
Read my reply to the same question you asked only 18 minutes ago.
 
I do think you deserve kudos for discerning that "shape/megaformat" meant
"{ SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT }," though.
