Why BCM over Outlook?

Sure. You get Opportunities that are linked to Business Contacts and/or
Accounts. You get a Communication History of all the things that you've done
with a contact and account. The account "rolls up" all the interactions
from all the contacts that are part of that account. You can use a basic
project tracking function with Business Projects and assign tasks to users.
All the emails you send/receive are automatically linked to the appropriate
contacts. You can share a database among your team and even synchronize it
with remote and mobile workers.

I think BCM is a good basic CRM starter application for 1-10 user
businesses.

HTH,
Lon
