When i publish or use preview i can see all the stuff on my page, but some
pages are getting parts of the stuff on them (pictures and text) cut off in
design, split and code views. How can I fix this?

Not sure exactly what you mean, but to see the rest of a page that isn't
visiable in the viewable part of your screen, scroll up and down the the
program's scroll bars.

The split mode cuts the design/code views in half a screen each, you can
adjust the size of each window with the mouse.

Let me clarify. I've created and designed a page full of .jpgs and .bmps and
when I'm in any view but Preview, I can only see the heading and the first
..jpg, but it publishes the full page without a problem, how can I get it so
that I can see all of the .jpgs and .bmps when I'm in an edit view like
Design, Split or Code? Because even when in Split, the code part is all
full, but the other part only shows the heading and first picture. Yeah I
know about the scroll bars.

You can't without scrolling the page.

When you scroll the page, you do see all of the images correct?

Also all of your images should be in JPG (RGB subformat) format.

I realise I can't see the rest if i don't scroll, but the thing is when i
scroll it only shows the first picture out of about 20 images. So no I don't
see all of the images if I scroll.

Ok, make sure all of your images are JPG and as small as possible in file size, and see if that
helps.
