Why are some of my web pages not showing after publishing?

Hello Frontpage Virtuosos
Does anyone know why i can't view all the pages in my FP2000 website folder after publishing my website with myhosting.com

I tested the website under preview browser and everything looked alright prior to posting, but i can only view the home page after posting the website. Can anyone please help? It does not look as if it is a FP2000 problem, but am wondering if anyone has run into a problem such as this in the past. Please help....

you'll need to post a url.
possibly you may want to, in FrontPage, file/ open web and type in the
http:// address you published to. snoop around looking for your pages and
also if there are two indexes such as index.htm and index.html
