Why are replies NOT sent by my default email account?

I am using Office 2003, on Windows XP. I have two email accounts. New
messages are always sent by my default account. When I reply to a message
however, even though it was sent to my default account, the reply is sent by
the other account, unless I remember to change to the default account
manually. Can anyone help me straighten this out?
 
Echo! I have the same problem, Ofc 2003 on WinXP, SP2. I monitor two
accounts, but also retained two old accounts tied to my ISP's previous POP
mail server (Alltel changed to Windstream). When I reply to an email sent to
my new Windstream acct, the reply still shows Sent From my old Alltel
account, which just confuses my correspondents when I fail to catch the error.
