I'm working in Access 2003. I have a report, the "Alpha report," that returns
a list of classes assigned to each instructor in my college. This report has
been in existence for eight or so years, and has always worked just fine.
Today, this report returned a list that looks just fine, except for a
specific instructor. His part of the report contains many errors - duplicate
course records, and courses showing as assigned to this instructor that are
actually assigned to other instructors.
I opened the appropriate form to see if I could correct these problems, but
the incorrect records just AREN'T there. Nor are they in the underlying
table.
The course records seem to be OK, as does the record for the instructor
himself. Course records are showing up correctly in other parts of this
report [as well as in other reports], and the instructor is showing up
correctly in other reports. So I'm thinking, "not a data corruption problem."
I'm stumped! Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
