Why are my messages being received as attachments?

I have a recipient who claims my messages sometimes (not always) come in as
attachments which he then has to double click to open. He says when theycome
in as attachements the 'From' and 'Subject' fields are not populated. I'm
using Outlook on an Exchange server and so is he. Big mystery....

I had such experience once. I remember that the trouble lies i
playing around whether your or recipient's format is HTML or Plai
text. Try to change it (don't remember exactly whether to html o
plain text). This option is under

"Tools" then "Options" then "Mail Format" and choose the other forma
than you have
